About Jack’s Racing School

I’m Jack, the founder of Jack’s Racing School — a sim racing coach with a background in real-world motorsport and a passion for helping drivers improve, whatever stage they’re at. With a Master’s degree (MEng) in Motorsport Engineering and experience as a Simulator Data Engineer, I’ve supported everyone from first-time racers to FIA-graded professionals.

On track, I’ve proven my approach works. I’ve won multiple championships with VRRC, stood on the top step in BUKC races, and secured pole position and a P2 finish at the 2024 BUKC 24 Hour. I also stepped into real-world racing with 750 Motor Club — taking 2nd place on debut. My coaching isn’t just theory — it’s backed by results.

Why I Coach

I started Jack’s Racing School because I believe in giving drivers the kind of support I wish I had early on — honest, focused, and grounded in real experience. Seeing a driver unlock something they didn’t think they had in them? That’s the best part of the job.

My Approach

No two drivers are the same — and the way I coach reflects that. Every session is tailored to your level, your goals, and your driving style. Whether you’re just getting started or chasing tenths at the sharp end, you’ll get clear, actionable feedback that helps you understand where the gains are — and how to reach them.

I combine technical insight with modern tools — including telemetry, video analysis, and data overlays — to help you develop not just raw pace, but racecraft, consistency, and a deeper feel for the car. It’s about building confidence, not just lap times.

Sim to Reality

Having competed and won in both sim and real-world championships, I understand what translates — and what doesn’t. If your goal is to move from sim to track days, club racing, or beyond, I’ll help you bridge that gap with the right techniques, mindset, and preparation.
